The whole journey started when we were working in the pet industry and realized that the industry was heading in a direction that made us feel uneasy. There are too many brands and too many products, and sometimes it can be difficult to know which products can truly benefit our paw-friends. But then we realized something important: every product has its own people. You just need to find the one that is most suitable for you. Some people like big brands, while others prefer unique and carefully crafted ones. Some choose local brands, while others trust global names. No matter what you choose or what you like, there is nothing wrong with that.

At the same time, we also realized that most brands are designed to provide meaningful benefits to their target customers. Of course, we cannot ignore the fact that there are also some brands that care more about "margin" than the actual benefits they bring to their customers. Throughout our journey in the industry — from manufacturers, brand owners, distributors, and retailers, to big brands, small brands, local brands, and global brands — and from one country to another, we have met and spoken with so many people.

Some care. Some really care. And, unfortunately, some simply don't.

So here we are: trying to become a connector for all the different parties in the industry. Based on what we have experienced and everything we are still learning for the future, we want to do our best to connect ideas with suppliers, brands with markets, and paw-friends' parents with the right products for their needs. We want to bring supply and demand together in one place, so people can find solutions for the things that trigger their allergies, while our paw-friends can have access to the right products to support their needs.

Because, in the end, we believe that the right product is not necessarily the biggest, most famous, or most expensive one.

It is simply the one that is right for you and your paw-friend. :)
